Maleficent, Ooogieboogie - This was a last min. decision. I didn't even think I'd be going to Katsucon9, but Patrick and I had always wanted an excuse to dress up as our favorite Disney villans. The video game "Kingdom Hearts" presented the perfect oppurtunity to do so.

Details: Patrick's Oogieboogie was made in two days and had infinate design flaws, however he looked great no matter how uncomfortable he was and quickly became the top "mascot suit" of the con (besides someone else's Gir of cource). My Maleficent took about a week of off and on planning and sewing (headdress took up more then expected) the costume wasn't nearly as finished as I had liked, however I think the point came across v. well. I'll definately be saving this one for future cons and halloweens! And cudos to Philip's perfect Riku and Mike's too-cute-for-words Halloween Town . Patrick and Mike made the Keyblade from scratch.
